This book is written in two parts – the first five chapters are meant for the MBA HR students as they relate to their syllabus for the third semester. Efforts have been made to keep the language very simple so that students do not find it difficult to understand the laws. The essential basics have been explained from the knowledge / examination / industry usage point of view.
Rest of the book is its second part. This is primarily for young HR professionals from industry. I have seen in my 33 years in industry that many HR professionals are not familiar with Labour Laws. This creates difficulties for them when a situation arises. Their ignorance can create problems for their company. It is also likely that their seniors form a poor impression about them.
The book is therefore useful for the students and industry professionals.

Book Details
To access the content you purchased, log in to the store with the email and password you used to register. Then click on the menu located in the upper right corner and go to "My publications".
